Bei jedem Besuch werden die E2 Werte gemessen und eine Ultraschalluntersuchung durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Dicke des Endometriums, und die Anzahl, inklusivem Durchmesser, der in den Eierst\u00f6cken entwickelnden Eibl\u00e4schen, festzustellen. Je nach diesen Ergebnissen bestimmt der Arzt, ob die Behandlung fortgesetzt werden soll oder nicht. Im Durchschnitt, werden Frauen, w\u00e4hrend eines IVF-Zyklus und bis zur Eizellen-Entnahme, 3x bis 5 x untersucht. Die Stimulation der Eierst\u00f6cke dauert etwa 9 bis 12 Tage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">2.<\/span> Die Eizellen-Entnahme<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Die Eizellen werden mithilfe einer feinen Nadel aus den gereiften Eibl\u00e4schen (Follikelpunktion) entnommen. Der Eingriff wird gew\u00f6hnlich \u00fcber die Scheide (transvaginal) durchgef\u00fchrt und per Ultraschall verfolgt. Eine leichte Narkose wird dabei verabreicht. Kurz nachdem die Eizellenentnahme beendet ist, kann die Frau zu ihren allt\u00e4glichen Aktivit\u00e4ten zur\u00fcckkehren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">3.<\/span> Die Befruchtung<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Die gewonnenen Eizellen und Spermien werden, nach einem bestimmten Verfahren, in N\u00e4hrfl\u00fcssigkeit zusammengebracht und f\u00fcr 24 Stunden inkubiert. Am Tag nach der Eizellenentnahme, erf\u00e4hrt man die genaue Anzahl der befruchteten Eizellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">4.<\/span> Der Embryonentransfer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Der Embryonentransfer ist ein einfaches und schmerzloses Verfahren. 2,3 oder 6 Tage nach der Eizellenentnahme werden die entstandenen Embryonen mithilfe eines d\u00fcnnen, biegsamen Schlauches (Katheter) in die Geb\u00e4rmutterh\u00f6hle \u00fcbertragen. Eine Narkose ist dabei nicht erforderlich. Danach wird ein \u00e4rztliches Rezept gegeben, dessen Kosten recht hoch sind.
