Certaines \u00e9tudes ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts cellulaires pouvaient se produire pendant la cong\u00e9lation et la d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation du sperme mais il n\u2019existe aucun risque connu pour un b\u00e9b\u00e9 con\u00e7u \u00e0 partir de sperme donn\u00e9. Des grossesses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e dans des cas o\u00f9 le sperme avait \u00e9t\u00e9 stock\u00e9 pendant 20 ans avant d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9congel\u00e9 et
