Le diagnostic g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire (DPI) est un contr\u00f4le de la sant\u00e9 du f\u0153tus avant la conception, c\u2018est-\u00e0-dire avant son implantation dans l\u2019ut\u00e9rus et avant le d\u00e9but de la grossesse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 24px; color: #181818;\">Grace \u00e0 ces tests, nous pouvons savoir avec pr\u00e9cision de nombreuses caract\u00e9ristiques de sa physiologie et m\u00eame des donn\u00e9es sur sa constitution g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. En effectuant l\u2019examen de DGP on peut diagnostiquer des anomalies chromosomiques (syndrome de Down, la trisomie 13, la trisomie 18 et d\u2019autres trisomies) et des maladies mono g\u00e9niques (telles que la thalass\u00e9mie A et B, la fibrose kystique, les maladies d\u00e9pendant du genre de l\u2019enfant qui va na\u00eetre \u2013 comme la maladie poly kystique des reins, etc.-). Pour \u00e9liminer les erreurs qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rarement observ\u00e9es dans l\u2019application de l\u2019examen de DPI, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il est utilis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode HGC (hybridation g\u00e9nomique comparative), qui permet la comparaison du chromosome de la cellule examin\u00e9e avec les chromosomes d\u2019une autre cellule dont la composition est normale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 24px; color: #181818;\">Le diagnostic g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire peut \u00eatre faite \u00e0 un stade ult\u00e9rieur du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019embryon pendant la f\u00e9condation in vitro (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire 5-6 jours apr\u00e8s la f\u00e9condation), de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir les cellules par le trophoblaste d\u00e9j\u00e0 distinct. Cependant, ceci n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9, car en raison de la plus grande coh\u00e9sion des cellules \u00e0 ce stade de d\u00e9veloppement du f\u0153tus, il existe un risque accru d\u2019accident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 24px; color: #181818;\">La m\u00e9thode du diagnostic g\u00e9n\u00e9tique pr\u00e9implantatoire est appliqu\u00e9e en Europe depuis le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990 et en Gr\u00e8ce, au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, dans des centres sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Les risques de la m\u00e9thode concernent principalement l\u2019embryon apr\u00e8s la DPI. La science permet maintenant la s\u00e9lection du sexe, avec un taux de r\u00e9ussite qui atteint le 99%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 24px; color: #181818;\">Cependant, il faut ajouter que, conform\u00e9ment au paragraphe 26 de la loi 3305\/2005, la s\u00e9lection du sexe est autoris\u00e9e uniquement pour des raisons m\u00e9dicales. Ces raisons sont par exemple les cas des couples avec des g\u00e8nes anormaux dans leurs chromosomes sexuels. Dans ces cas, si vous avez des enfants de l\u2019un de deux sexe s ils seront n\u00e9s en bonne sant\u00e9, tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019autre, ils seront pathologiques. Grace \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir le sexe de l\u2019application de DPI, on choisit seulement les embryons du sexe qui donnera des enfants sains. Egalement la d\u00e9termination du sexe dans les cas o\u00f9 une famille veut avoir des enfants des deux sexes (pour avoir un \u00e9quilibre familial), ne doit pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme contre aux principes de Bio\u00e9thique.
