C’est une technique simple qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement les taux de r\u00e9ussite de la FIV.
\n<\/span><\/h1>\n

Les solutions que la science propose aujourd’hui pour traiter l’infertilit\u00e9 sont nombreuses et (presque toutes) efficaces. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 les excellents taux de r\u00e9ussite, il arrive que certaines femmes aient besoin de plus d’un cycle pour que leur tentative aboutisse. L’\u00e9chec des cycles peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 de nombreux facteurs. Par exemple, m\u00eame si la qualit\u00e9 des ovules f\u00e9cond\u00e9s est excellente, la r\u00e9ceptivit\u00e9 de l’endom\u00e8tre (la paroi de l’ut\u00e9rus) peut \u00eatre moins bonne, ce qui rend difficile l’implantation de l’embryon. Pour ces femmes, qui ont connu plusieurs \u00e9checs de cycles de FIV, malgr\u00e9 des embryons apparemment de bonne qualit\u00e9, il existe une nouvelle technique simple et peu douloureuse. Il s’agit d’une technique hyst\u00e9roscopique appel\u00e9e grattage de l’endom\u00e8tre, dont le but est de cr\u00e9er une irritation artificielle de l’endom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n

Comment fonctionne le scratching de l’endom\u00e8tre<\/h3>\n

Le scratching de l’endom\u00e8tre provoque un processus de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, qui augmente le taux d’implantation de l’embryon. Cette technique active les deux m\u00e9canismes suivants :<\/p>\n

1<\/strong>.<\/span> Au cours du processus de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, des facteurs de croissance, des hormones et des substances chimiques sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9s. La nouvelle partie de l’endom\u00e8tre qui se d\u00e9veloppe apr\u00e8s l’intervention est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme plus r\u00e9ceptive \u00e0 l’embryon et les chances de grossesse sont donc accrues.<\/p>\n

2<\/strong>.<\/span> Pendant cette technique, les g\u00e8nes sont activ\u00e9s. On pense que les l\u00e9sions de l’endom\u00e8tre activent ces g\u00e8nes, augmentant ainsi les chances de grossesse.<\/p>\n

Quelles femmes peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la technique<\/h3>\n

Principalement les femmes qui ont plus de deux \u00e9checs d’implantation (tests de grossesse n\u00e9gatifs) malgr\u00e9 le transfert d’embryons de bonne qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Comment se d\u00e9roule l’intervention<\/h3>\n

Le scratching de l’endom\u00e8tre peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons :<\/p>\n

1. <\/span><\/strong>C’est la meilleure m\u00e9thode car l’endom\u00e8tre est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 en m\u00eame temps que la cam\u00e9ra.
\n2.<\/span><\/strong>C’est la meilleure fa\u00e7on de v\u00e9rifier l’endom\u00e8tre, car c’est la meilleure fa\u00e7on de v\u00e9rifier l’endom\u00e8tre.
\n3.<\/span><\/strong>Avec un cath\u00e9ter sp\u00e9cial (pipelle).<\/p>\n

La proc\u00e9dure est-elle douloureuse ?<\/h3>\n

Cette technique n’est pas douloureuse et ne n\u00e9cessite aucune pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9alable de la femme, car aucune anesth\u00e9sie n’est utilis\u00e9e. Le fait de “gratter” l’endom\u00e8tre provoquera probablement une g\u00eane et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re douleur.<\/p>\n

Quand il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de le faire<\/h3>\n

Cette technique est pr\u00e9vue pour \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur le cycle juste avant le d\u00e9but du traitement. Elle doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans la phase lut\u00e9ale du cycle, apr\u00e8s l’ovulation. Dans un cycle de 28 jours, il est id\u00e9alement recommand\u00e9 de l’effectuer le 21e jour du cycle.<\/p>\n

Quels sont les taux de r\u00e9ussite ?<\/h3>\n

Pour toutes les nouvelles techniques, plusieurs \u00e9tudes doivent \u00eatre men\u00e9es pour confirmer leur succ\u00e8s absolu. Comme la recherche nous l’indique, l’hyst\u00e9roscopie avec grattage de l’endom\u00e8tre favorise les couples qui ont des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents d’\u00e9chec d’implantation mais semble \u00eatre encore plus utile lorsqu’il y a 2 ou 3 \u00e9checs d’implantation (et alors que les embryons transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e9taient de bonne qualit\u00e9). Certaines recherches, publi\u00e9es dans la revue Reproductive Biomedicine, confirment que sur un \u00e9chantillon total de deux mille femmes ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l’application de cette technique, on a constat\u00e9 une augmentation des r\u00e9sultats positifs de 70%.
