The BABY BIRTH GUARANTEE IVF/ΙCSI COMBO 2+2 OR 50% REFUND program by Medimall IVF Clinic offers the ideal in vitro fertilization option for women up to 54 years old who wish to increase their chances of becoming mothers but are concerned that, if the attempt ends up unsuccessful, they may not be able to financially support additional IVF cycles. The program includes two cycles of classic IVF/ICSI using the patient’s own eggs (through ovarian stimulation, a natural cycle, or a modified natural cycle), as well as two additional cycles using donor eggs (through ovarian stimulation, natural or a modified natural cycle), as well as two additional cycles using donor eggs if necessary. All embryo transfers resulting from each stimulation cycle —whether using the patient’s own eggs or donor eggs— are included. In case of an incomplete pregnancy, 50% of the program cost will be refunded.

The program includes

Two (2) ovarian IVF/ICSI cycles with own eggs (egg retrieval – embryo transfer) using the partner’s sperm
Two (2) ovarian IVF/ICSI cycles with own eggs (egg retrieval – embryo transfer) using the partner’s sperm
All embryo transfers resulting from each stimulation cycle (fresh or cryopreserved), whether created with your own eggs or those of the respective egg donor.
Each subsequent stimulation cycle is performed only if all cryopreserved embryos from the previous stimulation cycle have been transferred.

All medical procedures are carried out at Medimall IVF Clinic, in full compliance with the procedures and regulations set by the National Authority Assisted Reproduction and Greek legislation.

Program duration

The program automatically ends either when the woman has a successful pregnancy or when all embryo transfers have been completed, as described above. All transfers must be performed before she reaches 54 years of age. If pregnancy is not achieved after all embryo transfers included in the program have been completed (before age 54), 50% of the program cost will be refunded. However, if all IVF cycles are not completed, or if there are any cryopreserved embryos not transferred before the age of 54, the amount of €7,250 will not be refunded.

PROGRAM EXTENSION WITH UNLIMITED ATTEMPTS
In the event that pregnancy is not achieved after all embryo transfers have been completed, the woman may choose to continue her attempts to conceive by extending the program. This extension does not include any refund option but offers unlimited embryo transfers (up to the age of 54), at a cost of €1,000 per embryo transfer (1 or 2 embryos). This option requires signing a new contract.
If the woman chooses to receive the €7,250 refund, she will no longer be eligible to participate in the refund program again.
NOTE: If the woman chooses to receive the €6,750 refund, she will no longer be eligible to participate in the refund program again.

Cost & payment terms

Total program cost: €14,500.
Payment schedule:

€7,250 upon signing the contract
€7,250 one day before the first egg retrieval

If pregnancy is not achieved, Medimall will refund 50% of the total amount paid (€7,250), provided that the program has been completed according to the medical team’s instructions.
If the woman chooses to continue her attempts to conceive by extending the program with unlimited embryo transfers (as described above), the amount of €7250will not be refunded, and a new contract will be signed.
The program is activated with the payment of 50% of the total amount, one (1) month before the scheduled start date of the first stimulation.
The program becomes fully active with the payment of the remaining amount (€7250) one day before the first oocyte retrieval and is confirmed with the signing of the contract. Otherwise, the program will be considered invalid.
In the event of withdrawal by the patient after partial or full payment of the program, or before completing the attempts included in the program, no refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT: The cost of medications, as well as transportation and accommodation expenses, are not included in the program fee.

Terms & Conditions

Age up to 54 years for the woman.
According to current legislation, before each new ovarian stimulation, any remaining cryopreserved embryos must be transferred. All embryo transfers (of fresh or cryopreserved embryos) are included in the program at no additional cost.
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) of the embryos cannot be applied for any reason under that program.
In case of pregnancy, the storage cost of the cryopreserved embryos is €300 per year.
If no pregnancy occurs after the first embryo transfer, a mandatory hysteroscopy – scratching – PRP must be performed at Medimall Clinic, at a cost of €800 (unless it has already been performed at Medimall before the beginning of the attempts).
The couple must provide a complete and accurate medical history, promptly inform Medimall Clinic of all test results, and strictly follow the instructions of the clinic’s doctors.
The program is intended for couples who meet all legal requirements and have submitted all necessary documentation. The program is non-transferable and cannot be used with a different partner in the future.
